Copyright on all photographs provided by Combat Aviation Photography, hereafter referred as "the Agency", or downloaded from its web site www.combat-aviation-photography.com, remains property of the Agency and no reproduction under any form is allowed.

 

If material in any format is required for publication, written application must be made to the Agency in order to get the rights for reproduction. If applicable an invoice for the appropriate reproduction fee will be issued. Permission to reproduce is dependent upon full acceptance of the following conditions and is automatically abrogated if any part is infringed:

• Credits to www.combat-aviation-photography.com will appear clearly in the caption of each reproduction

• In case of corrections on reproductions, proofs will be submitted to the Agency before publication, and the Agency  reserves the right to deny reproduction if after correction these are judged to be unsatisfactory

• A suitable reproduction fee will be paid and one copy of the publication will be sent to the Agency free of charge

• Permission to reproduce and the relative fee covers only single edition, or as detailed in the original application form sent by the publisher or if otherwise indicated by the Agency in written

• The rights granted are non-exclusive and a new application to the Agency must be made for any new edition or further use of the photographic material

• If applicable, free of charge publications must be granted from the Agency in written. The purchase of a photographic image does not carry in itself the right to make a reproduction or duplication

• Reproduction in any form strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the Agency in written

• Photographs provided from the Agency cannot be supplied to individuals, companies or any third parties without written consent of the Agency and, if applicable, against an appropriate compensation

• By downloading any information from www.combat-aviation-photography.com or by placing an order to the Agency you accept unconditionally all the above mentioned terms and conditions and agree to abide with them

• All communications in connection with orders have to be addressed to our e-mail address intel.cap@pt.lu or to our mailing address

 

Be aware that any infringement will be prosecuted at the maximum extent possible.
